Yes, right now in Gym we have preprocess_data.py which is a wrapper to the doodleverse-utils function you could use for the 5-band images merge_nd_inputs4pred.py

The only thing they should change across settings would be the dates. Then when they've extracted shorelines for all of the dates they can use the upcoming script in #179 to merge the results together.
