Just bought Ring Pro video door bell. Comes with plug in transformer. I'd like to wire the bell direct to a 24v transformer in the CU. Do I need to wire in a resistor and or pro kit. Instructions ...

Can we please add the option to be notified if a video is deleted or snoozed. This would be really really helpful

After the dreadful rain in Manchester my ring doorbell is not showing hood picture quality. I’m not there at the moment to check this. Any ideas please?
