CMHS is the behavioral health provider for all of Eastern Jackson County and provides residential and outpatient substance use services to the Urban Core of Kansas City.

Once we receive your application, you are welcome to come to the shelter or we will send your application to the foster parent of the animal (s) you are interested in!
